founder

Carlo has over 12 years' experience working as a consultant to start-ups and established businesses locally and internationally, executive director of a leading healthcare organisation, co-founder of a health technology company and senior specialist in people, culture and change for large, high-performing organisations.

In 2017 Carlo founded Social Seed, a strategic consulting firm that partners with for-purpose businesses to build happier, healthier organisations that maximise their impact.

Carlo has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science (majoring in management and psychology) from Monash University,  PROSCI Change Management and Prince2 Practitioner (Project Management) accreditations and is completing a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Melbourne Business School.

Carlo spends his spare time exploring the outdoors, woodworking and supporting causes he believes in through volunteering and pro-bono work.
